1 Cup warm water
1 TBS Maple Syrup
2 TBS yeast
mix and set aside (will rise)

1 Cup milk Microwave 2-3 Minutes to scold.
1 TBS Maple Syrup
6 TBS Butter ( milk will melt the butter)
1½ tsp Salt
Add 2 Cups flour Mix - Add 1 beaten Egg the Alternate Yeast & Flour up to 5 Cups.

knead 10 minutes Rise 1 hour - Follow instructions below for desired choice bake at 350º for 20 Minutes

**Buns- roll into balls of wanted size and put on greased pan let rise 1 hour - Bake

**Cinnamon rolls - roll out - rub with butter , sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon and roll up and cut in 1½ inch. put in a greased pan let rise for an hour - Bake

**Pizza Bread - roll out- Melt butter and seasonings brush on dough, sprinkle with cheese and pepperoni - roll up brush with butter and seasonings let rise 1 hour - Bake till light brown.


6 TBS Butter, ½ tsp seasoned salt, 1 tsp parsley flakes, ½ tsp oregano, ½ tsp garlic salt, Mozzarella, pepperoni.
