1 Cup White Sugar
1 Cup Dark Corn Syrup
1 Tbsp Vinegar
1 Tbsp Baking Soda

Dip In Ingredients:
1 ½ Cups chocolate chips
2 Squares Bitter Chocolate
1 ½ inches Paraffin Wax

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, syrup, and vinegar in pan heat on Med-Med/high
Stir until 300º with candy thermometer or until it cracks in water
Remove from heat and stir in baking soda.
Pour in buttered pan and let spread by itself.
Remove and break in pieces.

Dip In:
Melt together chocolate chips, bitter chocolate, and paraffin wax.
Dip pieces in mixture.
