2 cups white sugar,
1 3/4 cups all purpose flour,
3/4 cup sweetened cocoa powder,
1 1/2 t. baking soda,
1 1/2 t. baking powder,
1 teaspoon salt,
2 large eggs,
1 cup milk,
1/2 cup vegetable oil,
2 teaspoons vanilla extract,
1 cup boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all dry ingredients together and set aside. Mix eggs, milk, oil, vanilla and boiling water together in bowl. Add to dry ingredients. Bake at 350 in a Bundt pan or a 9 x 13 cake pan. Test with toothpick to see if it comes out clean. If it does, the cake is done.
