4 chicken breast
1 can cream of chicken soup
chicken broth
2 - 8 oz cream cheese softened
1 tsp garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken into crockpot
Mix soup, broth, garlic powder well and pour over the chicken
Cook on low for 6 hours

Remove the chicken
Add the cream cheese and whisk it until the mixture is smooth
Return the chicken to the crockpot and cook for an additional 15 minutes

Serve over rice.

I found this recipe online and have not tried it yet but it looks great and easy. One person commented that they were doing these recipes with pork or pork chops.
