1 Honeycrisp Apple (cores and thinly sliced)
4 cups of boston or romaine lettuce
1/4 cup toasted pecans
1/4 cup crumbled feta or goat cheese
1/4 cup pomegraniae seeds
Fresh Thyme for garnish

Maple Dressing

2 tbsp. Maple Syrup
2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp. Dijon Mustard
6 tbsp. olive oil
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl, whisk the dressing ingredients minus the olive oil. Whisk in the olive oil 1 tbsp. at a time until a creamy dressing forms.

Place the greens on a large platter. Top with honeycrisp apple slices, pecans, feta and pomegranate seeds.

Top with dressing and serve immediately.
