2 small to medium beefsteak tomatoes, cut in half crosswise
4 fresh basil leaves
2 tablespoons finely chopped pitted kalamata olives.
2 tablespoons shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat toaster oven.

Place tomato halves on rack of toaster oven tray or boiler pan. Top each tomato half
with 1 fresh basil leaf. Sprinkle olives and cheese evenly over tomato halves.

Broil 2 minutes or until cheese melts and begins to brown.

Let cool slightly before serving.
