1 small Jicama, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch-thick strips, each 3 to 4 inches in length.
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 pounds watermelon, rind removed, cut into
1/2-inch-thick wedges, each 2 to 3 inches wide

1/2 small pineapple, rind removed, halved lengthwise.
then cut crosswise into wedges.

1 ripe papaya, peeled, seeded and sliced crosswise.

Creamy Lime Dipping Sauce:

1 container 6 ounces vanilla yogurt
2 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro.
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon minced jalapeno pepper

Toss Jicama and lime juice in large bowl: drain, Arrange Jicama, watermelon, pineapple and papaya on large platter.


Combine all ingredients in small bowl: mix well.
