2 tablespoons apple butter
2 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce.
1 1/2 teaspoons lime juice

Combine peanut butter, apple butter, milk, soy sauce and lime juice in small bowl: whisk together until very smooth.
Serve with celery, Store, tightly sealed. in refrigerator
