2 eggs
1 cup sugar
¾ cup honey
½ cup and 1 Tablespoon oil
1 cup strong coffee or
11/2 Tablespoon instant coffee in
1 cup H2O
1 Tsp. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
2 cups sifted flour
½ tsp cloves
½ tsp. nutmeg
½ tsp. allspice
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. cinnamon
White raisons optional

Directions:
Directions:
Place eggs, sugar, honey, oil and coffee in a bowl. Add sifted dry ingredients and beat on low to medium speed in electric mixer. Place batter in pan and bake at 375 degrees for 5 minutes, and 350 degrees for 60 to 70 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

Use large loaf pan or 2 small loaf pans.
