10 eggs separated
1 cup Cake Meal
1 ½ cup sugar
½ lemon or orange grated
dash salt
grated chocolate and chopped nuts optional

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites until stiff. Add 1 cup sugar gradually.

Add remaining sugar to yolks in separate bowl with salt and lemon (orange).

Fold whites gently into yolk mixture.

Then fold cake meal into mixture.

Fold nuts and/or grated chocolate into batter.

Bake in greased tube pan about 1 hour at 350 degrees.

Light as air. Aunt Regina always beat the eggwhites by hand, but be smart use a hand or stand mixer.
