1 can red enchilada sauce
1 lb of ground beef or sausage cooked and drained
1 lb of spaghetti cooked and drain (or noodles)
2 c. shredded any cheese

opt: can add black olives or jalapenos

Pr-heat oven to 375º

in a 9x13 casserole dish,
add enchilada sauce
add ground beef or sausage
add cooked and drained spaghetti or noodles
mix all together
add any kind of shredded cheese on top
