1 pound shrimp 11-15 cleaned with tails on
Horseradish
Ketchup
Lemon juice
Hot sauce
Bay leaves
Salt
Black peppercorns
2 lemon peels

Directions:
Directions:
If frozen, thaw shrimp
Fill large pot with water and 1 tablespoon salt
2 bay leaves
1 teaspoon black peppercorns
2 lemon peels
Heat water till it reaches a soft boil
Place shrimp in water for about 2 minutes, do not overcook
When cooked drain shrimp and place in ice bath to stop cooking
When cooled down drain the shrimp and place in refrigerator
Mix about 1 cup ketchup with horseradish, hot sauce and lemon juice to taste
Serve shrimp with cocktail sauce
