sliced potatoes
onions
sliced carrots
ground beef, browned


Cheese Sauce:
½ c. margarine
½ c. flour
milk
cheez whiz, cheese slices, or shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Layer potatoes, onions and carrots in roaster or casserole until full.Top with browned ground beef.Bake in oven until done.(long and slow brings the flavours together)

Make a cheese sauce.Serve the cheese sauce over your “done” vegetables.

Very simple but very good!
