Cut up 1 lb bacon,
2 eggs,
1 cup water,
1/2 cup sugar,
1/2 cup vinegar,
2 bags fresh baby spinach washed and put in large salad bowl

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon until cooked. Remove bacon from the pan saving the bacon grease. Add rest of ingredients to grease and boil for 10 minutes stirring constantly.
Add the bacon and the ingredients to baby spinach. Toss.
