1 cup slivered Almonds
1 sleeve of crackers
Garlic powder
Butter
Olive oil
Red Fish
Lime Sauce:
1 stick of Butter melted
1 lime (juice of half a lime)
1 bunch of fresh Cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
Crush crackers mix with slivered almonds and garlic powder to taste. On griddle or in skillet add half stick of butter with 2 Tablespoons of Olive oil, you will need more if you cook a lot of fish. Coat fish in Almond, cracker crumb and garlic powder mixture. Cook on medium heat until fish is done. Remove fish from skillet. Serve with Lime butter.
Lime Butter: Combine melted Butter, juice of half a lime and chopped Cilantro to taste.
