4 oz sliced pepperoni
4 Tbsp butter
½ tsp garlic powder
1 tube biscuit dough (pulled into 20-24 pieces)
8 oz cream cheese
1 C pizza sauce
1 tsp basil
1 tsp dried oregano
½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1 C mozzarella cheese
½ C parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400º. Cook pepperoni on baking sheet until crisp, about 4-6 minutes. Transfer to paper towel-lined plate.
In microwave-safe bowl, melt butter in microwave. Stir in garlic powder. Coat each dough ball with garlic butter. Place each dough ball around edges of cast iron skillet, leaving the center of skillet open.
In mixing bowl, cream together cream cheese and pizza sauce. Stir in oregano, basil, and red chili flakes. Stir in mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, and ¾ of crisp pepperoni. Set aside remaining pepperoni.
Spoon cheese mixture into center of skillet. Put in oven and bake until dip is heated through and the biscuits are golden brown - about 12-15 minutes. Remove from oven and add remaining pepperoni on top. Cook for 1 minute longer.
