2Tb Keen’s dry mustard (8Tb)
1/3 C white vinegar (1 1/13c)
1 egg beaten (4)

*(Quadruple recipe amounts)*

Mix mustard with sugar. Add vinegar and then beaten egg. Cook slowly over double boiler until it thickens. Stir frequently
