2 pounds Ground red meat - beef or venison
2 whole onions
2 large spoons chopped Garlic
Small Jar tomato soup 250 ml.
One Large Cabbage
one jar Spaghetti Sauce 500ml (or more if needed or blend with cabbage water)
2 cups Long Grain Rice
Salt Pepper Italian seasoning

Boil the cabbage - core out the center so the leaves will come off the had when softened - let cool so you an handle the cabbage to help use the leaves to wrap you may wish to cut the stems or the leaves flat on a cutting board so they are not as stiff

chop up the two onions and lace in a Hot pan with oil with the Garlic and saute
add Ground meat brown and drain juice
add small can of tomato soup and salt pepper to taste along with Italian seasoning

Add approx 1/4 cooked rice to the Meat

once mixed put a proportionate amoutn of misture into a leaf and roll/fold them up

place in a deep backing tray

cover all rolls with spaghetti sauce and top it off with some of the cooked cabbage water to add extra moisture if necessary

cover with foil and cook at 425 for approx 45 min
