Four bags frozen cubed hash browns,
1 stick butter melted,
2/3 cup minced onions,
2 cups cream of mushroom soup,
16 ounce sour cream,
shredded cheddar or colby cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Put frozen cubed hashbrowns in a baking dish and bake at 325° just to soften. Combine the melted butter and the minced onions. Pour over potatoes. Mix cream of mushroom soup and the sour cream together. Add to potatoes. Bake for one and a half hours at 350°. During the last 15 minutes, put cheese over top.
