Cooking oil
Shrimp cooked and shelled,
1 cup fresh pea pods,
1 stalk celery cut on a diagonal,
1 small onion or green onions,
1 cup fresh mushrooms
1 t. Chicken boullion,
1 t. soy sauce
1T. Cornstarch
Cooked rice.

Directions:
Directions:
Put a little bit of oil in a frying pan. Cook pea pads and celery and onions. Add rest of ingredients. Add one teaspoon chicken bouillon and 1 teaspoon soy sauce. Thicken with cornstarch. Serve on rice.

The vegetables can be replaced with chop suey vegetables in a can
