2 to 3 pounds chicken cut up,
1/3 cup packed brown sugar,
1 tablespoon cornstarch,
1 can of crushed pineapple,
1/4 cup ketchup,
1/3 cup chopped nuts optional,
1/4th cup chopped green onions or green peppers,
2 tablespoons soy sauce,
Salt and pepper.

Blend brown sugar and cornstarch. Stir in undrained pineapple, ketchup, nuts, green onions or peppers and soy sauce. Pour over chicken and bake at 350 for one hour.
