1 lb ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
8 oz cream cheese, at room temperature
½ cup salsa
1½ cups cheddar cheese, grated
12 small flour tortillas
2 tablespoons butter, melted
Sour cream, for serving

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef, breaking it apart as it browns. Drain any excess fat as needed.
3. Season the cooked beef with the taco seasoning according to the instructions on the packet. Set it aside.
4. In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the salsa and mix well to combine.
5. Take a tortilla and spread a generous spoonful of the cream cheese mixture in the center.
6. Spoon some of the seasoned ground beef over the cream cheese, and top it with grated cheddar cheese.
7. Roll up the tortilla like a burrito and place it on the prepared baking sheet.
8. Brush the tops of the tortillas with melted butter and sprinkle a little bit of the remaining grated cheese on each.
9. Bake the Cheesy Beef Taco Pockets in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
10. Serve them hot with your favorite toppings, such as sour cream, and savor the irresistible flavors.
