2 c. cake flour
1 Tbsp. instant coffee
1 3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. cocoa
1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter
1 1/4 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs

Preheat oven to 350º.

Mix together cake flour, instant coffee, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

In large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add in eggs and vanilla - mix. Add in milk and mix.

Add in flour mixture a little at a time until thoroughly combined.

Divide into two 9" cake pans (greased and floured). Bake 30-35 minutes.
