1 chicken (average size)
1 lb cheese (grated)
12 Tortillas, Corn (do not fry)
1 can cream mushroom soup
1 can cream chicken soup
1 can green chilies
(Sometimes I use a can of Rotel tomatoes instead of the green chilies. I think it adds more flavor. But I suppose you can use both. The recipe is forgiving.)
1 C. Sour Cream
⅔ C. Milk
1 medium onion or onion flake

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken and season to taste. Remove chicken from the bone. Mix and warm soup with milk, chilies (or Rotel tomatoes) and sour cream. Arrange ingredients in layers.
Bake @ 350º 45 minutes covered, 15 minutes uncovered.
