1cup evaporated milk,
1 cup sugar,
3 egg yolks,
1/2 cup butter or margarine,
1 teaspoon vanilla,
1 1/3 cups coconut,
1 cup chopped pecans.

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the evaporated milk, sugar, egg yolks, butter, and vanilla together. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened (about 12 minutes) Add the coconut and the pecans until thick enough to spread.
Makes 2 1/2 cups of frosting.
