8 oz. butter
4 oz. caster sugar
2 oz. semolina (basically Cream of Wheat)
10 oz. plain flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together the butter and sugar until light. Gradually mix in semolina and flour until smooth. Roll out until approximately 3/4" thick and cut into desired shapes. Prick the top of each cookie with a fork. Bake at 325 for 25-30 minutes. Transfer to cooling rack and dust with caster sugar while still hot.
