Ingredients:  
4 cups of berries
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup orange juice concentrate
1 tsp orange rind
1 cup flour
1/4 cup sugar
2 tsp orange rind
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp nutmeg
2 tbs butter (melted)
3/4 cup buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix berries, sugar, orange juice concentrate, and rind.
Put in skillet and allow to simmer for 2-3 minutes
Mix flour, sugar, rind, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and nutmeg in large bowl
Mix melted butter and buttermilk in small bowl
Mix wet and dry ingredients together until dough is formed
Drop dough over fruit in small dumplings
Cover tightly and cook for 20 minutes
Serve with ice cream.
