2 boxes of Uncle Ben’s wild rice
1 lb. Hot sausage
1 lb. Mild sausage
4 cans of cream of mushroom soup.
Parmesan
1 large can of mushroom slices
5 to 6 halves boned chicken breast, cooked.
3 to 5 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
paprika to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the sausage and drain. Cook the rice as directed on the package. Mix the rice, sausage, soup, mushrooms, and chicken. Add the Worcestershire sauce. Place in a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish. Top with a liberal amount of parmesan. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350º F. for 45 minutes. This recipe is great for dinner or brunch.
