1 C. Pina Colada Mix
1/4 C. Water
3 Tbsp. Crushed pineapple (drained)
1 Tbsp. + 1 tsp. Sweetened coconut flakes
3 Tbsp. + 1 tsp. Powdered Sugar
1tsp. + 1/2 tsp. Corn Starch
3 tsp. Cold water

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix pina colada, water, crushed pineapple, coconut and powdered sugar in a sauce pan.
2. Heat on medium low until sauce begins to dimmer, stirring frequently.
3. Let mixture simmer slowly 10-12 minutes.
4. Mix corn starch and water together, add to the sauce and blend well.
5. Let mixture simmer for 3-5 minutes loner while stirring during and after adding the corn starch.
6. Remove from heat and bring to room temperature.
7. Sauce can be served at room temperature or cold.
