2 cups bread flour
1 cup of whole wheat flour
2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
1 room temperature egg + enough warm water to equal 1 cup
2 Tbl oil
2 Tbl honey
1 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Place flour and salt in the bread maker.
Combine egg with enough water to equal 1 cup.
Add the oil and honey.
Make a small well in the dry ingredients and pour in the wet mixture.
Sprinkle the yeast on top of the wet mixture.
Start the bread maker for the dough function.
Lightly grease a 9x5 loaf pan.
Once the bread maker is finished place the dough in the loaf pan and cover lightly.
Allow dough to rise until it’s just below the edge of the pan, about 20 minutes.
Bake at 350° Until the top is light golden brown and makes a hollow sound when tapped, around 20 to 25 minutes.
Let bread cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then invert and finish cooling on a wire rack.
