1 cup milk
¾ cup water
½ cup melted butter or oil
3 T honey
1 tsp salt
2 T yeast
All purpose flour about 5 cups

Directions:
Directions:
Heat together the milk, water, butter, honey and salt to 105 degrees. Add in dry yeast and let proof for 5 minutes.

Add 2 cups all purpose flour Mix well, until nice and smooth

Add 2-3 more cups of flour. Knead well for 5-8 minutes adding sprinkles of flour as needed. Cover tightly in a bowl and let it rise for 10 minutes.

Roll out dough, 1/2 inch thick and cut with a wide mouth jar lid. Put each circle of dough on parchment paper lined cookie sheet, just barely touching. Allow to rise for 30 minutes, bake at 375F for 10-12 minutes.
