¼ cup butter
½ cup pecan pieces
1(7 oz) package flaked coconut
1(12 oz) container cool whip
1(8 oz) package cream cheese
1(14 oz) can condensed milk
1(12 oz) bottle caramel ice cream topping
2(9") pie shells

Directions:
Directions:
Bake pie shells using directions on pie shell container. In a large skillet melt butter and add coconut and pecan pieces. Stir until coconut is browned. Set aside.

Combine cream cheese and condensed milk. Fold in whipped topping and place ¼ cream cheese mix in each pie shell. Drizzle ¼ caramel then sprinkle ¼ coconut and pecans. Repeat layers. Freeze. Pie should be thawed 5 minutes before serving.

Optional: Add rice. Cook rice in milk and sugar. Combine with cream cheese and condensed milk.
