6 baked potatoes
4 Tbsp butter
¾ tsp salt
2 chopped green onions
¼ tsp paprika
1 C half and half
grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Bake the potatoes until soft
Cut in half lengthwise and scoop out the centers. Set skins aside
Add all other ingredients to the potatoes and beat together until smooth.
Fill potato skins.
Sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese.
Broil and heat until browned.
