Ingredients:
Phyllo dough
1 Container or block of cream cheese
Chocolate Chips
Sugar
Cinnamon
Butter

Directions:
Make sure your phyllo dough is sitting at room temp. Carefully roll your sheets and cut it how you prefer (you can do squares, or rectangles).
Melt some butter.
Start with 1 piece of phyllo dough and using a brush (I find rubber works best for this) butter your phyllo. Add another layer, buttering as you go. Each layer needs to be buttered. You will need at least 6 layers of dough, but I personally like about 10 layers.
When you have your desired layers, all buttered and stacked, add some softened cream cheese to the middle. (you can pop it in the microwave for about 30 seconds and stir it). Top the cream cheese with Chocolate chips... using however much your heart desires.
If you cut your phyllo into squares, you can fold corner to corner to form a stuffed triangle.
If you cut your phyllo into rectangles, you can roll it up like a small burrito.
Make sure ALL edges are closed up. Press all edges closed as right as you can so you don't have a filling leak.
Lay them on a cooking sheet with parchment paper as you go.
Before hitting the oven, lightly sprinkle a sugar cinnamon mix on top.
Bake at 350 about 20 min. When you take them out of the oven, sprinkle some more cinnamon and sugar on top, and enjoy.

Personal Notes:
Please be mindful of the phyllo dough. It's a very thin and finicky dough and needs to be kept moist. You can do this with a damp rag (it'll tell you on the box of dough).

You do have to kind of work fast with this one, but you could also substitute the phyllo for puff pastry if that is easier.
