1 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1 - 14 oz. can artichoke hears, drained and chopped
4 green onions
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
8 oz. parmesan cheese, grated
salt & pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350º.
Mix all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl and place in an ovenproof dish. Place in oven and cook until heated through and the cheese melted, about 10 minutes. Offer with crackers.
