2 T butter
2 T. all purpose flour
1 1/2 cups milk
3/4 cup grated Swiss cheese
4.5 oz. dried beef (1 jar)
1/2 t dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/8 t. paprika
Cash cayenne
2 hard-cooked eggs diced
Frozen biscuits

salt to taste

1. Chop or tear dried beef into small pieces
2. In a medium high heat skillet, melt butter
3. Slowly add in flour and whisk for 1 -2 minutes to cook flour.
4. Gradually add in milk and whisk to incorporate.
5. Add in cheese and spices and cook to desired consistency
6. Blend in chipped beef and diced eggs
7. Season with salt and pepper.
8. Serve creamed over biscuits
