1 lb Hamburger
1 lg Onion Diced
1 tbsp Jalapeno
1 tbsp Chili Powder
2 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Garlic Salt
2 tsp Pepper
1 sm Can Diced Green Chilies
2 Cans Refried Beans
1 lg Can Enchilada Sauce
1 16 oz Can Tomato Sauce
12 Taco Sized Tortillas
10 oz bag of Shredded Pepperjack Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown and crumble hamburger and onions until done. Add all spices, chilies, and refried beans. Heat through.
Mix tomato sauce and enchilada sauce in a medium-sized bowl.
Add a cup of enchilada sauce to the bottom of a sprayed 13x9 pan. You will need another 9x9 pan also.
Spoon bean mixture into each tortilla and place seam side down into the pan. Repeat until all the bean mixture is gone.
Spoon sauce onto the top of the dish evenly.
Cook at 350º for 35 min or until the sauce is highly bubbling on the sides of the pan. Sprinkle shredded cheese onto the top and cook for 5 min more.
