1 C butter
1 C sugar
2 Beaten Eggs
3 Bananas
2 C flour
1 t baking soda
1 C pecans (optional)
chocolate chips (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cream butter and sugar, and eggs. In separate bowl, cream bananas until light and fluffy and add to sugar mixture, alternating with flour and soda. Add nuts and chocolate chips if using. Pour into two greased loaf pans. Bake 1 hour.


For mini muffins - bake 12 minutes
Large muffins - bake 20 minutes
