½ C sugar
2 T all purpose flour
1 C pineapple juice
1 egg beaten
1 T butter or oleo
1 C whipping cream (whipped)
Directions:
Directions:
Combine first five ingredients in a heavy saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until smooth and thickened. Let cool completely; fold in whipping cream. Serve with fresh fruit.

Yields about 2 cups.
