3-4 chicken breast, cooked, or 3-4 Cups shredded chicken
8 oz. can of cream of chicken soup
8 oz can of cream of mushroom soup
2 C sour cream
2 sleeves Ritz crackers
½ C butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook 4 chicken breasts in skillet, then shred and put in a bowl by itself.

In a separate bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, and sour cream. Add the shredded chicken into the mix and stir.

For the fun part: Crush Ritz crackers inside of the sleeve. Be careful to not push too hard to avoid it breaking open before you are ready to pour.

While doing that preheat oven to 400º and put butter in the pan. Place pan in the oven and let butter melt until it is spread throughout. (About 4 minutes) Then take out and pour crushed Ritz crackers to the bottom of the casserole dish. Then pour the mixture on top. Then pour more crumble Ritz crackers to the very top. Now it is ready to cook.

Bake until the crackers are browned and the casserole is bubbly, about 25-30 minutes.

To make ahead: Assemble the casserole without baking. Cover tightly with foil or plastic wrap and refrigerate. Remove from the refrigerator while the oven is preheating. Bake as directed.

To store leftovers: Cool completely and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.

To Freeze: Cool completely, wrap tightly with plastic wrap or store in an airtight, freezer-safe container. freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw in the refrigerator overnight, reheat, and serve.
