Directions:Cook 4 chicken breasts in skillet, then shred and put in a bowl by itself.
In a separate bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, and sour cream. Add the shredded chicken into the mix and stir.
For the fun part: Crush Ritz crackers inside of the sleeve. Be careful to not push too hard to avoid it breaking open before you are ready to pour.
While doing that preheat oven to 400º and put butter in the pan. Place pan in the oven and let butter melt until it is spread throughout. (About 4 minutes) Then take out and pour crushed Ritz crackers to the bottom of the casserole dish. Then pour the mixture on top. Then pour more crumble Ritz crackers to the very top. Now it is ready to cook.
Bake until the crackers are browned and the casserole is bubbly, about 25-30 minutes. |
