16 oz. mason jar
⅓ C yogurt
½ C (heaping) oats
⅔ C oat milk
1 T chia seeds
½ t vanilla extract
2 T maple syrup
½ C frozen strawberries
zest lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl. After mixing pour into your mason jar. Let sit for at least 4 hours before enjoying. It can last up to 4 days. you can add toppings in the morning: dried fruits or chocolate chips.
