1 Deep dish pie crust
4 T cornstarch
¾ C white sugar
4 T butter, melted
2 ¼ C heavy cream
1 T vanilla

Topping:
4 T butter, melted
¼ - ½ C cinnamon sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. Place pie crust in baking sheet. Prick and bake 10-12 minutes. Mix cornstarch and sugar. Bring to a boil add melted butter and cream on medium. Heat stirring constantly until thick and creamy. Stir in vanilla. Pour into pie shell. Drizzle on the butter and sprinkle on the cinnamon / sugar. Bake 25 minutes the broil for 1 minute.
