1 C Crisco shortening
1 C Brown sugar
1 C white sugar
2 eggs
1 t vanilla
2 C plain flour
1 t Baking powder
1 t soda
½ t salt
1 can angel flake coconut
2 C Special K
Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix in flour baking powder, soda, and salt. Stir in coconut and Special K.

Bake @ 325º for 15 minutes.

Yield - 100 cookies.
