1 Qt. milk
⅔ C sugar
2 eggs
2 T flour
2 - 3 t Vanilla or to taste

Directions:
Beat eggs till fluffy. Add sugar and flour and mix well. Add milk which is being heated over med heat in top of double boiler. Cook, stirring constantly, till coats metal spoon.
