1 pkg. mixed frozen vegetables
1 C grated cheddar cheese
1 medium onion
3 - 4 T of mayonnaise
chestnuts or slivered almonds makes this real crunchy
Ritz crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Mix vegetables, cheese, onion, mayonnaise. Put in casserole dish. Crush crackers to crumbs and put on top of casserole. Put pats of butter over crumbs. Bake at 375º for 30 - 35 minutes.

If you use almonds or chestnuts, just mix into the vegetable mixture.
