Two chicken breasts sliced in half lengthwise and pounded flat
One box of stove top stuffing mix herb divided in half
1 tablespoon margarine
3/4 of a cup of water
A quarter pound of cooked sausage

Directions:
Directions:
Two chicken breasts cut in half and then pounded flat. Next half of the stove top stuffing mix , margarine and boiling water, let sit five minutes and then mix with with a quarter of pound of cooked sausage. Mound it in the middle of the breasts and folded them around. Slathered them with mayonnaise and crushed the rest of the stove Top stuffing mix to use as a coating. Baked for 35 minutes at 375. Next time I will serve with cranberry sauce.
