1 cup water
1 cup flour
1 Tbsp. oil
1/4 cup salt
1 tsp. cream of tartar
food colouring

Directions:
Directions:
In a large heavy pot mix water, and flour. Add food colouring until it's the colour that you want. Then add remaining ingredients. Heat on element on medium heat until it starts to ball up. Take off element and knead with hands on the counter. If you take it off the element when its still fairly sticky, you will end up with a softer play dough. Have fun with it! Store in sealed bag.
