8 oz cream cheese softened
8 slices of thin cut bacon fried and chopped
1/4 cup dried cranberries, chopped
3 tortillas
4 oz sliced deli-style chicken or turkey breast
Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese, bacon, and dried cranberries. Mix until smooth and evenly combined.

Divide this mixture evenly onto your tortillas. Spread to about 1/2 inch from the edge.

Add one layer of turkey.

Roll up each tortilla.

Wrap each roll tightly with foil or wax paper.

Refrigerate until time to serve.

Slice and serve with toothpicks.

You could add 1/2 cup of sharp cheddar cheese to the cream cheese mixture or 1/4 c sliced green onions.
