1 1-lb pkg cole slaw
2 pkg Ramen Noodles (do not use seasoning included in package)-crush noodles
4-6 green onions, chopped including tops
1/3 c butter
8 oz sliced almonds
1/3 c sunflower seeds
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1/2 c sugar
2/3 c canola oil
1/3 c rice wine vinegar
salt & pepper to taste

Step 1: Mix 1 lb package of cole slaw and chopped green onions with 2 pkgs of crushed Ramen Noodles.

Step 2: Melt butter in skillet add almonds, sunflower seeds and sesame seeds. Stir constantly until toasted.

Step 3: Mix sugar, canola oil, rice wine vinegar, salt & pepper in a jar. Shake well to dissolve sugar.

Combine toasted almonds, sunflower seeds and sesame seeds with cole slaw & noodles. Pour Step 3 over cole slaw mixture and toss to combine. May add grilled chicken.
