Una coliflor grande
5 jitomates rojos
7 huevos
4 cucharadas de harina
sal al gusto
3 ramas de cilantro
1 pedazo de ajo

5 tomatoes
7 eggs
4 tablespoons flour
Salt to taste
3 bunches of cilantro
1 garlic clove

Directions:
Directions:
1. Lavar bien la coliflor con agua limpia.
2. Cortar la coliflor suavemente en pedazos y ponerla a coser en una olla con agua por 15 minutos. Cuando empiece a hervir, sacarla inmediatamente y ponerla a escurrir.
3. En un bol, poner las claras de huevo y batir a punto de turron.
4. Cuando este listo, poner aceite en un sarten para freir la coliflor. Espolvorcar la harina encima de la coliflor ya escurrida. Después pasarla por el huevo batido y ponerla en un sartén caliente para freir.
5. Una vez ya terminadas, poner a hervir los jitomates para despues molerlos con ajo o cebolla. Freir y sazonar para el caldillo de jitomate.
6. Dejar hervir por 10 minutos a fuego lento, servir la coliflor y anadir al caldillo.

1. Wash cauliflower well.
2. Cut cauliflower into small pieces and cook in a pot with water for 15 minutes. When water starts to boil, remove cauliflower immediately and strain out the water.
3. In a bowl, place egg whites and beat until stiff peaks form.
4. When egg whites are ready, heat up oil in a pan. Sift flour over strained cauliflower. Then, pass cauliflower through beaten egg whites. Next, place in the heated pan and fry.
5. Once the cauliflowers are finished, boil tomatoes. When they have boiled, blend the tomatoes and garlic.
6. Simmer the blended mix in a pan for 10 minutes. Then, pour salsa over cauliflower and serve.
